Ensure accurate and timely payroll to employees at multiple sites for this World-class manufacturer. Responsibilities include: leading all payroll activities and ensuring the outsourcing provider meets or exceeds all business requirements; ensuring that appropriate payroll controls and audits are in place and carried out; managing payroll staff and overseeing vendor management; providing coaching and training; facilitating performance tracking, measurement, reporting and analysis; communicating any required payroll updates or changes; overseeing audits, updates, year-end process interaction, payroll calendar setting, and financial/cost analysis; and assisting with various projects by providing expertise as required. This position reports to the VP of HR for the Business Unit.
